The Rum Trail Belize 2015 Vintage Triple Column Still Rum
This rum was distilled in the capital of Belize using molasses from local sugarcane and a three-column still. It was aged for three years in South America in heavily charred, pristine American oak. Elixir Trails transferred the rum to ex-bourbon casks for a further six years of gentle maturation in Scotland.
