Payment and shipping
Payment
When placing an order in our webshop, or booking a tasting, you will be asked to make the payment online. Our payments are all via Stripe and we accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Visa Electron and Maestro;
- Bancontact;
- iDeal;
Would you rather pay by bank transfer or Payconiq? Then contact us via the chat function of the website so that we can send you a payment invitation.
Cash payments are only accepted in our physical store.
Dispatch
With the exception of our merchandise, all orders are shipped via bpost with insurance. We insure our shipments because we value customer service and want to send you a replacement immediately should there be a problem. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your delivery information and depend on the order total and the destination country. We only ship outside of Europe upon special request. Please contact us by email or via the chat on our website.
Our current shipping rates are as follows:

Orders up to €70.00: €9.95
Orders from €70.00 to €100.00: €6.95
Orders over €100.00: Free shipping
Note: The buyer is responsible for shipments outside of Belgium. The Siren's Cove cannot be held liable for the loss, damage, or seizure of ordered products.
Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, France:
Flat rate of €23.00
Other European countries:
Rate based on the number of bottles.
