The Siren's Cove Ghost in a Bottle Single Cask

This Single Cask was specially bottled for The Siren's Cove and has a very soft taste due to its intensive maturation. 
The Rum comes from Trinidad and Tobago where it has matured for 5 years. Afterwards, it undergoes an intensive maturation in Belgium.
Nose: Wood, almond, pear, black pepper, mocha, toasted, honey and brown sugar.
Pallet: fresh and dry, rich and silky.
Aftertaste: dark chocolate, mocha and pepper.
