Right of withdrawal

At The Siren's Cove, we naturally want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, should a product not be entirely to your liking, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

However, there are a number of important exceptions to this right of withdrawal that apply specifically to our product range:

Important exceptions
Rum and other beverages: For reasons of health protection and hygiene, Rum and other beverages cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery. Unopened bottles with an intact seal are covered by the right of withdrawal.

Upon return, the bottles are inspected by us upon arrival for the seal, originality of the contents, fill level, and specific batch codes and bottle numbers. In case of suspected tampering or counterfeiting, no refund will be issued, and a report of fraud will be filed in any case.​

Personalized items: Products made specifically for you or personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

Is the personalized item part of a package? Then you can return the rest of the package. In that case, the specific price of the personalized item will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Costs and refund
Return costs: The costs for returning the goods are entirely at the buyer's expense. We recommend sending your return with a Track & Trace code, as the risk of the return lies with the buyer.

Refund: As soon as we have received the return shipment in good, original condition, we will refund the order amount due, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days via the method used for payment, unless otherwise indicated.
