SBS Belize 2005

SBS Belize 2005 is a single cask rum made with molasses and distilled in 2005 in a column still at the Travelers distillery. The rum was matured in an ex-bourbon cask and bottled in January 2023 at 58% ABV. The rum is non-chill filtered and no additives were used. The SBS Belize 2005 is limited to just 275 bottles.


Tasting Notes:
Nose: Initial aromas of leather and tobacco, after a rest in the glass, hints of molasses and caramel emerge.
Palate: Dry initial taste with plenty of oak due to the long tropical maturation. Finish with abundant vanilla and caramel.
