This Rhum Longueteau Sélection Parcellaire: Parcelle No. 11 is a white Rhum Agricole made with Canne Rouge grown on parcel 11 of the Longueteau estate. This small parcel is located near the sea, which influences the flavor of this sugarcane variety. The combination of the salty sea and the Canne Rouge creates a restrained aroma in the gles, yet a very expressive palate, which is rather spicy and vegetal and lingers for a very long time. It is a sipping rum to savor for a long time.
