Karukera Black Edition Alligator
In addition to its 4-year aging in oak barrels, this Rum from Guadeloupe is finished in deeply burned-in barrels. The intensive roasting gives the barrels a texture that is similar to the shiny scales of an alligator, giving the Rum a larger contact surface with the wood.
