Rhum Longueteau Genesis Brut de Colonne Batch 4

This Rhum Longueteau Genesis Brut de Colonne Batch 4 is an ode to the origins of the Distillerie Longueteau. This distillery was founded in 1895 and is therefore the oldest distillery still in operation in Guadeloupe.
This Genesis is a white Rhum Agricole based on R579 Canne Rouge that has been allowed to rest in stainless steel vats for 24 months after distillation. The Rhum was then bottled at its natural strength, brut de colonne, of 73.80%.
It is a powerful, yet tasty Rhum Agricole that will certainly appeal to lovers of the genre.
