Habitation Velier Renegade 2025 Old Bacolet Grenada Pure Single Rum

The Habitation Velier Renegade 2025 Old Bacolet Grenada Pure Single Rum is produced using pure sugarcane juice from Old Bacolet, on Grenada's south coast. This area, the first on the island to be cultivated by the French, lies on a plain between two small rivers where the Cain sugarcane variety grows.
It is distilled in Forsyths stills after a long fermentation of 195 hours at a controlled temperature and has a congener content of 328.1 g/hlpa, of which 127.9 g/hlpa are esters.
Bottled in 2025, limited edition.
