Planteray Black Cask 2025

Planteray Black Cask 2025 is a special bottling featuring Planteray's signature double aging method. The rum begins its life as a blend of both pot and column still molasses rum, fermented for three to four days, distilled at both the West Indies Rum Distillery and Trinidad Distillers Limited, where it also underwent tropical aging in 200-liter white oak casks. The rum was then shipped to France, where it underwent further aging in heavily charred Cognac casks at Ferrand's cellars.
