Planteray Barbados PXXO 20th Anniversary

This Planteray Barbados XO 20th Anniversary is a blend of rums from the West Indies Rum Distillery, based on molasses, fermented for three to five days. Distillation took place partly using a double column still and the Old Gregg's Pot still. The blend contains rums matured in white virgin oak, bourbon, Ferrand, and, of course, Pedro Ximénez casks with varying degrees of roasting.
