This Rum from the French West Indies is a brand new version, selected by La Maison du Rhum. It is a pure sugar cane juice Rum, bottled in 2023, which has a rich and complex aromatic profile, nuanced by the influence of the Sherry cask. The nose opens with notes of dried fruit and herbs. On the palate, flavors of brown sugar and spices accompany the scent of blonde tobacco. You have to wait until the finish before the notes of noble wood express themselves with a slight bitterness.
