Rhum J.M. Terroir Volcanique Rhum Vieux Agricole is a rum made with sugarcane juice from plots at the foot of the Pelée volcano in Martinique. This volcanic soil gives the rhum a unique flavor profile. It is aged in American oak barrels with two distinct toasts: an intense toast to release notes of vanilla, honey, and wood, and an extreme toast to reveal the spiciness and dried fruit notes.
