Rhum Longueteau Harmonie Collection: Symphonie Batch 011

This Rhum Longueteau Harmonie Collection: Symphonie Batch 011 is a barrel-aged Rhum Agricole made with 65% Canne Rouge and 35% Canne Bleue, matured in high-density French oak and ex-Cognac barrels.
The result is a beautifully complex rhum that combines the distinct aroma of Canne Bleue on the nose with light woody notes, and on the palate, powerful vegetal spice flavors with the typical spice notes found in Cognac barrels. It is a beautifully balanced rum where everything works together beautifully, like a symphony, yet with the occasional striking solo.
Each of these rhums from Batch 011 was bottled at cask strength.
