A1710 Prosper

This A1710 Prosper is Organic Old Rum. It is the result of a rigorous production method. This Rum is grown, distilled and matured at Habitation du Simon and comes from long fermentation and distillation in a hybrid still with a copper column.
It has a beautiful amber colour with copper accents. On the nose, this rum is distinguished by notes of caramelised sugar cane, fresh flowers such as iris, lime blossom and orange blossom, but also spicy fruits such as passion fruit and green mango. There are also aromas of acacia honey, orange peel, toffee, sweet vanilla and fresh tobacco leaves. On the palate, the freshness of caramelised sugar cane combines with spicy, minty floral notes, with sweet and peppery tannins.
This Prosper matures for three years in different types of oak barrels. Respect for delicate and controlled maturation guarantees a great finish on tasting, characteristic of the creations of A1710.
