Takamaka Zepis Kreol
This Takamaka Zepis Kreol is a blend of both pot and column still rums macerated with local spices. These spices include cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and a specific spice blend from the Seychelles.
The blend was then pressed through ex-Merlot wood and blended again with Barbadian rum. Bottling took place after a 60-day rest period in very old ex-Bourbon barrels.
