Takamaka Pti Lakaz 2024 Vintage Batch 3

This Takamaka Pti Lakaz is a blend of different maturations and production methods. One part consists of pot still Rum based on sugar cane juice that has matured for 4 years in barrels of fresh French oak and Port barrels. Another part is column still molasses rum that has matured in Buffalo Trace, Foursquare and Port barrels. The bottling is done without additives and without chill filtering. The result is a fresh Rum with fruity notes that are assisted by black cherries and plums. The finish is soft with a focus on dark fruits and marzipan.
