A1710 La Délivrande

After spending 6 long years maturing between the sea and the mountains, in its oak cocoon, this La Délivrande was born.
La Délivrande is a pure cuvée of cane juice, distilled and aged in Habitation du Simon.
On the nose, the complexity is revealed by notes of black fruit and macadamia nuts contrasted with scents of mint and leather.
On the palate, swirls of smoked wood precede notes of blonde tobacco and fruit jam. The aftertaste is tinged with chocolate and roasted beans.
A fascinating old rum, both complex and intense, carried by a beautiful length in the mouth.
