A1710 Renaissance
When developing the A1710 Renaissance, the goal was to create a flavorful white rum that can be enjoyed as both an aperitif and a digestif, combining freshness and complexity, lightness and power.
This rum possesses a distinctive personality and unique typicity thanks to a long fermentation of 5 to 6 days, the use of oenological yeasts, followed by distillation in a fully copper still with a small column, and finally, a few days of aging in oak barrels.
This pure sugarcane juice rum is presented in a numbered decanter.
On tasting, the color is clear, brilliant with dazzling reflections.
The aroma is initially smooth, followed by complex notes of fresh sugarcane, orange blossom, and meringue.
On the palate, the opening is silky smooth; we taste sugarcane, followed by flavors of Italian meringue and vanilla, accompanied by floral and toasted notes.
The finish is lush and very fluid. For rum enthusiasts, the discovery of this Renaissance will be a journey off the beaten path.
