Warehouse #1 Overproof Rum: TECC-nical Ecstasy WRHS#1

This Warehouse #1 Overproof Rum: TECC-nical Ecstasy comes from the legendary Long Pond Distillery. In reference to the Tilston Estate, which ceased operations sometime in the mid-20th century, Long Pond Distillery named three of its high ester Rums after the Tilston Estate once owned by Dermot Owen Kelly-Lawson. These are TECA, TECB and TECC Rums. The abbreviations stand for Tilston Estate Continental A, B and C.
This aromatic Rum is created by fermenting with dunder, which takes up to 30 days. It is the slow fermentation that contributes significantly to the wild Jamaican flavour of the resulting Rum. This Warehouse #1 Overproof Rum: TECC-nical Ecstasy therefore has an ester content between 1500-1600 g/hlp.
