This Vieux Sajous 2020 Aged 5 Years is the result of the distillation of crystalline sugarcane grown on the magnificent Saint Michel de l'Attalaye plateau, aged for five years in Haiti. It is a blend of 19 casks that previously held single malt or rum, enhancing the evolution of Clairin's primary aromas with the aromatic complexity resulting from the esterification process.
