Brin d'Amour, the 2019 vintage of Baie des Trésors, embodies the richness of the Dufferet wetlands, on the heights of the Caravelle Peninsula in Martinique. This rum, aged in French oak barrels, is distinguished by its amber color and a complex nose that combines woody notes, red vermouth, port, grape brioche, and plums with exotic notes of mango and dried flowers. On the palate, it reveals an assertive yet balanced tannic structure, rounded out with a light sweetness, and concludes with a long finish characterized by aromas of honey and roasted coffee. This rum offers a rich sensory experience, with each sip transporting you to the deep flavors of the Martinican terroir.
