Rhum Neisson Profile 62
This Neisson Profil 62 is made from sugar cane juice from sugar cane grown in the North Caribbean terroir, where the soil is poorly developed, on volcanic pumice stone from Mount Pelée, with a sandy clay texture. These plots are characterized by their strong sunshine and low rainfall with a very high daily temperature range during the harvest period.
The Rhum undergoes controlled maturation of 12 to 24 months in American oak barrels, releasing many aromas and tannins.
