Baie Des Trésors: Fleurs Du Vent

Baie Des Trésors produces various Rhums Agricoles that do not differ in the production process, but in the place where the sugar cane is cultivated, the so-called 'terroir'.
This Fleurs Du Vent is made from sugar cane on the Caravelle peninsula on the side where the trade winds pass along the hills, keeping the rain on the other side of the ridge. The relative dryness gives this sugar cane unique aromas that are comparable to flowers after distillation.
The short maturation has in no way erased these aromas, but rather enhances the experience.
