SBS Colombia 2009

SBS Colombia 2009 is a single cask rum made with molasses and distilled in a column still in 2009. The rum was matured in oak barrels and then finished in a Port cask. It was bottled in March 2019. The rum is non-chill filtered and no additives were used. SBS Colombia 2009 is limited to just 312 bottles.


Tasting Notes:
Nose: Spicy notes of tobacco, leather, and wood spices, with hints of dried fruit and subtle caramel.
Palate: A pleasant sweetness of dried red fruits, combined with a pronounced dryness and alcoholic spiciness.
