SBS Brazil 2001 Epris

SBS Brazil 2011 is a single-cask rum made with both molasses and sugarcane juice. It was distilled in a column still at Epris Distillery in 2011 and bottled in February 2020. The rum is non-chill filtered and no additives were used. The SBS Brazil 2011 is limited to just 264 bottles.


Tasting Notes:
Nose: Grassy with notes of pine, cinnamon, peppermint, and marigold.
Palate: Spicy with a pleasant freshness of citrus, resin, and sugarcane, followed by a long finish of caramel and mint.
