New Grove Inception Aged 21 Years

This New Grove Inception Aged 21 Years is one of the oldest Mauritian rums on the market. It is a limited edition blend of 21-year-old single estate molasses rums matured in both Limousin and ex-Cognac casks. The rum was bottled in a limited edition of 960 copies without additives, sugar, color, or chill-filtering. Therefore, some residue may be present in the bottle.
Nose: Caramelized sugar, molasses, yellow fruit, soft spices, wood, and fruit.
Palate: Citrus peel, plum, and nuts with a fresh peppermint finish.
