Compagnie des Indes La Sirène Rum Aged in Ex-Ratafia & French Whisky Barrels is a limited edition rum blended from two matured rums. The first is a 2009 Cuban rum that spent three years aging in ex-Ratafia Champenois casks. The second rum is a Paraguayan rum that was aged for seven years and then finished for 12 months in ex-Whisky casks from France. The end result is a highly complex rum with notes of beeswax, leather, elderflower, and curry.
