Cambridge Jamaica Pure Single Rum 2005 ST C❤E

Cambridge Jamaica Pure Single Rum is a reproduction of the ST C❤E mark of the Cambridge Estate Distillery, located in Trelawny Parish and closed in 1947, which was distilled at the Long Pond Distillery in 2005. The Continental Flavored style is a of the four classifications used in Jamaica which designates Rum with 700/1600 gr/hlpa esters at the time of distillation. This Rum is completely tropical with an Angels' share of > 75%.
 The ST C❤R quality mark specifically refers to rum with 550/700 gr/hlpa.
