This 100% pot still Rum from Louisiana is an honest Rum that has been created thanks to an intensive manual process  production process. The molasses always comes from a local sugar processing family business. The use of pot stills gives the Rum a very complex taste with both sweet and fruity notes. The solera aging in ex-bourbon barrels gives this Rum its final aftertaste in which the wood notes come into their own.
