Appleton Estate 12 Years Rare Casks is a masterpiece from Master Blender Joy Spence. A blend of specifically selected pot and column still rums, diluted with limestone-filtered water, all aged for at least 12 years in Jamaica's tropical climate.


Aroma:
Toasted oak, dried fruit, and hazelnut, followed by notes of pure cocoa, molasses, orange peel, vanilla, and a hint of coffee.


Finish:
Long, bittersweet, and lush.
