This Art of Rum by Repy is the third exceptional edition of the Art of Rum series, where the art of blending meets the creativity of Réunion artists.

Master blender Thierry Grondin has created a daring profile for this rum, combining a Rhum Agricole and a Grand Arôme Rum under the AGA brand. This gives this rum a truly unique flavor profile with considerable evolution.
Nose: Light with a dominant fruity note (baked apple), balanced by vegetal freshness. A balsamic and subtly woody note reveals a mineral and salty note.
Palate: Very direct, quickly balanced by fruitiness and sweetness. The minerality and saltiness of the nose continue on the palate, providing a beautiful length.
Finish: Powerful and pronounced, with a mix of fruity roundness, vegetal and salty notes. The aromatic richness softens the vibrancy of the young rum and creates a beautiful balance.
