Don Papa Gayuma
Don Papa Gayuma is a tribute to the unique rituals performed by the shamans of Mount Kanlaon and Isla del Fuego ('Island of Fire'). It is matured for three years in ex-bourbon American oak casks, before undergoing a double finish: 6 months in high toast ex-Rioja casks, followed by 3 months in rich, smoky, toasted oak casks, once containing Islay Scotch Whisky.
