Clairin Sonson

Clairin is a strong spirit that is distilled following the example of French-style rums. Freshly squeezed sugar cane juice is fermented and then distilled. Where the French style Rhums use a column still, Clairin does this with a pot still, which preserves even more flavor. Clairin is a very artisanal product and is on the rise within the Rum world.
Expect a very strong and vegetal taste that lingers for a long time.
