Cihuatán Viento Aged 15 Years is a Limited Edition Rum from El Salvator that began its life in ex-Bourbon barrels, after which the barrels were placed in a special chamber where a microclimate was created. Within this chamber, aromas of orange peel, pineapple, herbs, and balsam were released. After two years in this chamber, this rum develops its unique flavor.
