Cadenhead's Clarendon Estate 12 years old

This Cadenhead's Clarendon Estate 12 Years Old comes from what was formerly known as Monymusk. Like many rum distilleries, it operated as both a distillery and a sugar refinery before being split into separate entities. The current Clarendon is actually two distilleries with shared infrastructure. This rum is from 2012 and has spent 12 years in oak.
Nose: Cola cubes, pineapple, cigar humidor
Palate: Cherry, bread and butter pudding, heather honey
Finish: Nettle tea, beefsteak tomato, orange peel
