This Rum was selected by La Maison Du Rhum in the Distillerie Rivière Du Mat on the island of Réunion. After aging in French oak barrels, it was finished in Cognac barrels. This gives this Rum an exceptionally powerful taste of exotic fruit in combination with strong wood tones.
