Compagnie des Indes Boulet de Canon n°12

For the twelfth edition, this Boulet de canon is the result of 8 months aging of the classic Boulet de canon blend (Nicaragua and Panama) in casks of peated whiskey from a very well-known distillery.
Nose: delicately smoky, a light peat with resinous aromas, like the sawdust of a pine tree that is slowly consumed
Mouth: The attack is full and evolves into delicious aromas of peat and balsamic vinegar.
Finish: very balanced, aromas of undergrowth, humus, vegetal and earthy notes.
