A1710 Nuée ardente

Nuée ardente is a Rum composed of a complex mix of 11 exceptional Rums that have matured in wooden barrels for between 6 and 22 years.
This is then further finished in French oak barrels that were previously used to mature Cognac eaux-de-vie.
The color, shiny with an intense mahogany wood, develops golden and copper reflections.
The nose is characterized by aromas of fruit and licorice, then interrupted by subtle notes of bourbon vanilla and toast.
On the palate, a rich aromatic explosion of supple tannins evolving with hints of spice and roasted cocoa.
In the aftertaste you get notes of candied fruit and peppermint with a wonderful length.
